Trust and credibility is required to enable the receiver to understand your message and act on it. If the other person does not find you serious, then your message suffers in the process and communication is interrupted. Good body language and bodily postures will enhance your communication.

3. Listening: As much as you know and say, you should be a good listener because good communication is always two ways. Give your full attention to the other person’s response. While you listen, try to understand what the other person is saying rather than waiting for your turn to blurt out your ideas and thoughts.
