Mission Overview

The objective of this project is to engineer a high-fidelity Prometric exam simulation and assignment track within the EDCampus Skill Cafe, specifically tailored for Oman licensing standards (such as the OMSB – Oman Medical Specialty Board or equivalent professional exams).

Passing the Prometric exam is a critical, high-stakes career milestone in the GCC region. This project will transform EDCampus into a premium preparatory hub by offering rigorous, timed mock exams and case-study assignments. By completing these simulated assessments, candidates will earn essential WPLMS Experience Points (XP) and readiness badges, validating their competence before they sit for the actual licensing exams.

Required Deliverables

• Prometric Quiz Bank Architecture: Develop a robust, randomized question bank that accurately mirrors the structure, difficulty, and format of the official Oman Prometric examinations.
• WPLMS Advanced Quiz Integration: Configure the WPLMS assessment engine to simulate the real exam environment. This includes strict time limits, randomized question delivery, automated grading, and detailed post-exam performance analytics for the candidate.
• Practical Case-Study Assignments: Create and integrate supplementary assignments that require candidates to analyze scenario-based problems, bridging the gap between theoretical multiple-choice knowledge and practical application.
• Gamification & Readiness Tracking: Implement specific XP rewards for passing mock exams and design a “Prometric Ready” badge that unlocks only when a candidate consistently scores above the required passing threshold.
