## 2. PACT Framework & Assessment Disclaimer
The PACT Framework (including the Life Cafe, Career Cafe, and Biz Cafe matrices) is designed exclusively for professional development, strategic execution, and career enhancement.
**You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:**
* The assessments, Master Blueprints, and resulting data do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
* The reports are generated based on your input and are intended to serve as a strategic guide, not a definitive psychological evaluation.
* EDCampus and its founders, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any personal, professional, or financial decisions made based on the results of the PACT Framework.
## 3. Account Registration & Security
To access the core features of the Platform, you must register for an account.
* You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
* You are solely responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform.
* You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
* Account sharing is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
## 4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform and its original content, features, functionality, and frameworks—including but not limited to the PACT framework, algorithms, course materials, Master Blueprint designs, and gamification mechanics—are and will remain the exclusive property of EDCampus and its licensors.
The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent from EDCampus.
## 5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:
* Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
* Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the gamified progression system (including points, ranks, and certificates).
* Scrap, crawl, or use automated systems to extract data, course content, or assessment frameworks from the Platform.
* Transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Rules of Conduct.
## 6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Enterprise Licensing
* **Individual Purchases:** All purchases for courses or individual PACT assessments are final. Refunds are only issued in accordance with our [Link to Refund Policy, if applicable] or as required by law.
* **Enterprise Partnerships:** If your access is provided via an Enterprise license, your use is also governed by the master service agreement between EDCampus and your organization. Your organization may have access to your progression metrics and completion data.

* Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
* Any content obtained from the Platform.
